Deciphering the Brand Awareness Report

The Brand Awareness Report empowers you to track customer conversations and engagement levels while benchmarking against your competitors.

To fully comprehend the capabilities of this report, let's explore the range of actions available:


1. Access the Insights module via the left-side navigation bar on your Sprinklr Social Advanced homepage.

2. Within the Insights module, select "Brand Insights."

3. Choose the "Brand Awareness" tab.



Report Dashboard Actions:

  1. Adding Brands: Begin by entering your brand in the search tab to initiate a comparison.

    The report automatically loads competitors, but you can expand this list by navigating to the "Competitors" tab and adding more brands.


  2. Filters: Refine the report by applying filters to select specific sources and languages for listening.


  3. Sharing: Disseminate the report to internal users within the platform by clicking "Share." In the "Save and Share with Users" window, assign a name for the report and select users to share it with. Once completed, click "Share."

  4. Schedule Exports:

    Effortlessly automate report sharing by scheduling exports on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis. The process is streamlined:

    • Click on "Schedule Exports" on topmost side of the dashboard.

    • In Schedule report window, select Export frequency be it daily, weekly or monthly

    • Select Day and Select the Export time

    • Select Users and Add External Emails to whom you want to send this report to.

    • Select the Format : PDF or Excel or Both

    • Once done, click on Schedule

    The Report will be sent to user's over email on the frequency selected

  5. Generate Dynamic Presentation Slides: Transform the report into dynamic presentation slides for real-time information sharing with external stakeholders.


  6. Download Reports: Ensure offline access and easy sharing by downloading the report in PDF or Excel formats.


  7. Time Range Filtering: Tailor reports to your preferences with time range filters, ranging from the last 24 hours to custom date ranges up to the year 2020.


  8. Save Reports: Access frequently used data with ease by saving filtered reports. Star a report on the left side of the report name, name it within the "Favorite Report" window, and click "Favorite."




    The filtered report becomes conveniently accessible in the Reports Module.


Understanding the Report:

Note: Clicking on any metric widget opens a third pane, offering deeper drill-down capabilities. Feel free to explore these metrics by clicking anywhere within the widget to access more intricate insights.


The Brand Awareness Report furnishes you with various metric widgets as follows:

  1. Mentions: Monitor the overall share of voice for your brand.

  2. Engagements: Track the total engagements earned across various social channels.

  3. Unique Users: Observe the number of unique users discussing your brand.

  4. Reach: Measure the size of the potential audience discussing your brand.

  5. Positive Mentions: Count the total brand mentions that carry a positive sentiment.

  6. Negative Mentions: Tally the total brand mentions containing negative sentiments.

  7. Sentiment of Conversations for Your Brand: A pie chart reveals the overall sentiment distribution in conversations about your brand - negative, positive, and neutral.

  8. Sentiment Trend of Conversations for Your Brand: Track the trajectory of positive and negative sentiment over time.

  9. Share Of Voice: Your Brand Vs Competitors: Benchmark the overall social share of voice for your brand against your competitors.

  10. Channels Where Conversations Are Happening: Identify and compare the most popular conversation channels.

  11. Top Hashtags for Your Brand: Analyse the top hashtags used in your brand conversations.

  12. Which Day of a Week Are Users Most Active?: Discover the most active days of the week for user engagement.

  13. Which Time of the Day Are Users Most Active?: Identify the peak times of user engagement during the day.

  14. Media Coverage - Highlights: Pinpoint top news stories relevant to your brand.

  15. Top Phrases Associated With Your Brand: Keep track of the key keywords in conversations about your brand.

  16. Top Themes of Discussions Around Your Brand: Monitor the top themes in discussions centered around your brand.
