Brands in Sprinklr Benchmarking help you add, manage and fetch data from social media accounts of your brand, competitors, and key individuals across 3 key social networks – Twitter, Facebook, Instagram. You can add the URL to any public or business account (according to the social network) in a Brand to start fetching its data.


How are brands created ?

To harness the power of the Brand Insights report, it's crucial to have brands and their competitor brands integrated into the platform. This process not only enhances your understanding of the market but also helps you make informed decisions to stay ahead of the competition.

For adding brands to the platform, the following information is required:

  • Brand's Website Link: This link provides a direct connection to the brand's online presence and activities.

  • Brand's Social Media Channel Links: These links establish the brand's engagement across various social media platforms.

The process of adding brands involves the following steps:

1.Contacting Product Support: To initiate the brand addition process, you need to get in touch with our dedicated Product Support team.

2. Provide Brand Details: Furnish the Product Support team with a list of brands and competitors you wish to add to the platform.

3. Initiating Brand Addition: Once the necessary information is received, the brand addition process commences. This involves setting up the brands and their competitor brands within the platform.

4. Backfilling Process: Subsequently, the platform begins the backfilling process, where historical data and insights related to the brands and competitors are gathered and integrated.

5. Utilizing Brand Insights Reports: As the brand information is integrated and backfilled, you gain access to a range of Brand Insights reports.
