Campaigns are a way to unite your marketing strategies in order to achieve common business goals. You can use campaigns to tag posts and assets and use them as filters across the platform.

To Create Campaigns

1. Go to Settings from the Sprinklr left pane and click the Publishing icon.

1. Click Campaigns on the left side. You will get a list of all campaigns in the Record Manager.

1. Click Create Campaign in the top right corner. Provide the desired details:
   Campaign Colour - Change the color of the campaign, if you want to.

   Campaign Title: Name of the campaign.

   Start Date: The date on which the campaign should start running.

   End Date: The date on which the campaign should end.

   Tags: The relevant campaign tags you want to tag.

   Visible To: People whom the campaign should be visible.

   You can provide details in the additional campaign fields as per your requirement.
   
   

2. Click Create at the bottom right and the new campaign will be created.
   
   

To Edit Campaigns

You can modify the Campaigns which you have already created.

1. Click the 3 dots icon against the campaign you want to edit.

1. Click the Edit icon from the dropdown. It will redirect you to the existing Campaign form.

1. Click Save at the bottom right and the details will be modified.
