What are Deep Insights?

Deep Insights helps you unearth actionable insights among publicly available conversations by leveraging Sprinklr’s AI. You can visualize this data in predetermined reports, that make it easy for consumption.
How to access Deep Insights?
Log and click the Settings icon on the left Navigation Bar. Make sure that Sprinklr Social is enabled. If not, click on Activate or reach out to our support team
Once Sprinklr Social is switched on, navigate to Sprinklr Insights in Left navigation bar
Click on Sprinklr Insights to open the Research Menu and click on Deep Insights.
Why create a Deep Insight Report?
Deep Insights can help brands in multiple ways in planning their customer and content strategy-
Customer insights:
Leverage millions of digital conversations to power your market research. Get rich insights into the competitive landscape for your brand/product and easily identify white spaces & unmet needs, without the need of conducting any manual research

Sprinklr provides 2 Default Deep Insight Reports called Fifa and Burgers.
You can open these reports to get an idea of various clusters forming across the world and View Reports for them.
