Collaborate on Posts

Updated

In the Calendar, collaboration on posts is seamless, allowing you to address queries or add specific notes to enhance the post's clarity. By using the "@" symbol in the Notes section, you can easily tag individuals and attach relevant content, fostering effective communication and teamwork to optimize your post's impact.

To access the Collaborate tab, click on any Post in the Calendar view, and the third pane will appear on the right-hand side. From there, you can easily engage in collaborative efforts, ensuring effective communication and shared input on the post's content and details. You can either view existing notes or add new notes here.

When you hover over the created Notes, the following three actions will appear:

  1. Reply: If you have any feedback or additional input, you can reply to the Note.

  1. Edit: Should you need to make any adjustments or updates; you have the option to edit the Note accordingly.

  1. Delete: If the Note becomes irrelevant or no longer needed, you can easily delete it.

Support for notification on mentioning Users in Publishing module notes

Sprinklr now provides support for notification on mentioning Users in notes. It means now you can tag your team members and provide clarity and context to the communication. It fosters collaboration and coordination among team members and ensures that everyone involved is informed and aligned, facilitating smoother workflow and project management. The enhancement will help users to be notified of their mentions in the calendar while publishing posts, campaigns or adding assets in the asset library with both an in-platform and email notification.

  1. Go to the Publishing icon from the left pane of Sprinklr Self-Serve. On the Calendar, click on any of the Posts or Campaign to collaborate using the Notes.

  2. Mention any user by tagging a user in the Notes section on the right. You can tag user for anything significant about the Post/ Campaign. The user will be notified about the same in the platform and the email. The user can click the bell icon on the bottom left to view the notification.
