Post Approval Workflow
Updated
Post Approval Workflow plays a vital role in validating the post content and media. Before publishing the post live on any Platform, the post goes through an approval workflow. If the post is approved, then only the post goes live on the platform. If the post is rejected, the post will go to the failed post and will be rescheduled for a specific date after stating the reason for rejection.
Go to Settings from the Sprinklr self-Serve home page and search for Approval Workflows.
Now, click Create Workflow in the top right corner.
Provide desired details such as Name, Step Name, and Approver Name.
It is possible to select multiple users in one step, functioning as an "OR" condition. If any user from the same step approves the post, that step is complete.
Multiple steps operate under an "AND" condition, requiring completion of each step for the post to be published on the native platform.Click Create at the bottom right.
You can now choose the Approval Workflow that you have recently created from the dropdown under Publishing Properties. You can add Approval Workflow from the dropdown as well. It will redirect you to the Create Approval Workflow page where you can input the desired details.
Once all the details are provided, you can publish the post from the Scheduling Options.
