Posts Details in Calendar

Post details include information of the posts such as Insights, Properties, Notes, Tasks associated with that post, Approval workflow etc.


In the outbound posts section on the left pane of the calendar, by clicking on any of the post types, you will get a list of all the posts. Now, by clicking anywhere on the post you will be able to see the post details in the third pane on the right.  


The third pane of a post contains the following tabs: 

  1. Overview 

  1. Tasks 

  1. Collaborate 

  1. Workflow 

  1. Activity 

  1. Conversation 

 

Overview 

Under the “Overview Tab”, you'll encounter the post actions, including "View on Facebook," "Preview," and "Edit." Dive into the post's Preview, followed by Insights providing analytics such as reach, likes, and comments. Explore default and custom fields under Properties, and find tasks, notes, and the Approval Workflow if applicable. 


 


Tasks 

Within the platform, you have the option to access existing tasks or create new ones. Simply click on the Add Tasks icon, where you can provide the Task title and description to initiate a new task. 


 

 

Apart from that, you can select task actions like To-do, set the task's priority, assign an assignee, and specify the due date. After making the necessary choices, simply click "Create" at the bottom right to finalize the task.

 

 


Collaborate 

This option enables other team members to view the posts in the Calendar section and provide feedback or suggest changes and include any necessary notes while creating new posts. They can also edit the posts themselves to make changes or add additional information. 

 

 


Workflow 

You can establish a personalized approval workflow for your post or adhere to an existing one allowing the user to create customized approval processes that align with your specific requirements, ensuring seamless post approval and publication.

Activity 

You have the option to review the post's activity, encompassing all actions performed on it over a specific period ultimately providing a comprehensive overview of the post's engagement and interactions, allowing you to assess its performance effectively. 


 


Conversation 

You can access and review the conversations that took place on the post. This feature enables you to stay informed about the interactions and discussions happened under the post.






Add the filter for "Post Type" in Publishing Calendar

One more filter type, that is Post Type, is added to the Calendar in Sprinklr Social. You can now filter the content of the calendar by different post types such as Reel, Post, Live Video, Thread, Carousel, Stories, and Pin. It will help you to streamline the content and plan any upcoming post type.


Go to the Publishing icon on the left pane and then choose the Calendar option from the left.


Click on the Add Filter icon at the top of the Calendar to narrow down the content by the desired Post Type.



Click the Apply button once you checklist the desired post type.

Post Types

Description

Post

A post consists of the content listed down in the Calendar such as the brand name, the social channels on which the post will be published, the approval status of the post, etc.

Reel

Reels are videos created on social channels for a particular time frame to market their product. It's an effective way to build interest in your work, connect with other photographers, and find potential clients.

Live Videos

Videos which are created in real-time. It helps brands to increase the website traffic and engage with their target audience more effectively.

Thread

Thread is a series of replies on a single message.

Carousel

Carousel Posts contain multiple images and links to direct traffic to specific areas of a website. It also offers various post types to choose from.

Stories

Stories are best way to showcase a series of photos for a particular product/service.

Pin

A Pin post consists of a desired image, a title, an image description, a catchy board and the destination URL.
