Timezone in Calendar View

Timezone management in Calendar View empowers brands to publish posts across various timezones simultaneously, allowing for a broader reach and effective scheduling. You can effortlessly add and edit multiple time zones to optimize your posting strategy.  

To manage time zones in Calendar View, follow these simple steps: 

  

Edit Timezone: 

  • Click on the existing timezone indicator, such as "IND," located in the top left corner of the Calendar View. 

  • Modify the Time Zone as needed and provide a desired label to identify the timezone. 

  • Toggle On to make the timezone mandatory for your posts. 

  


Add Another Timezone: 

  • Click the "+" icon located on the left side of the existing timezone. 

  • Choose the desired timezone from the options provided. 

  • Provide a label to differentiate between time zones. 

  • Toggle On to set the newly added timezone as the primary timezone. 

  


Delete Timezone: 

  • To remove a timezone, click the Delete icon in the Edit Time Zone section. 

  • Select the timezone you wish to remove from the Calendar. 

  • The timezone will be deleted from the list. 

  

 

Primary and Secondary Timezones: 

  • Only the timezone selected as primary will be displayed first against the post in the Calendar. 

  • Any additional timezones added and set as secondary will be visible next to the primary timezone.
