Scheduling posts in Publishing Queues is a valuable feature in Sprinklr's publishing capabilities. It allows you to automate the publication of multiple posts for your social accounts based on pre-configured time slots. This feature offers efficient content management by saving time and ensuring a consistent flow of content throughout the day. 

Publishing Queues serve as a complement to your existing publishing strategy, specifically for non-time-sensitive content. By utilising the Queue feature, you can optimise the distribution of such content, maintaining a steady presence on your social accounts without manual intervention. Additionally, you have the flexibility to define the date and time for each post, ensuring maximum reach and engagement. 

In this section, we will explore the functionality and benefits of scheduling posts in Publishing Queues. We will discuss how to add multiple posts and automate their publication, optimising post timing for optimal impact.

1. If you select the publishing queue preferences to Queue Next, the post will be added to the next available slot automatically and will be published subsequently. 

   
   

2. Similarly, if you choose the publishing queue preferences to Queue in Last, the post for a specific channel account will be added to the last of the queue automatically and will be published subsequently. 

   
   

3. To view the publishing queues for separate accounts, access the Settings section and search for "Publishing Queues." You can Toggle On for any account and observe the frequency of posts on weekly basis.

   
   

4. Furthermore, you have the option to edit the publishing queue of a post. By clicking on the three dots icon and selecting "Edit", you can schedule the post by creating slots for specific days, weekdays, or weekends.

   
   

This allows for precise control over the timing and frequency of your posts within the queue.
