Efficiently Notify Approvers of Pending Post Approvals

In the dynamic world of social media management, ensuring a swift approval workflow for your posts is crucial. To facilitate this process, Sprinklr empowers you to send reminders to the designated approvers when posts get stuck at various stages of approval. 

Here's how you can effectively utilise this feature: 

1. Access the Publishing Module: Begin by navigating to the Publishing module (represented by the paper plane icon) from the third pane of Sprinklr Social. 

2. Locate the "All Approvals" Tab: Within the Publishing module, find the "All Approvals" tab under the "Outbound Posts" section. This view provides you with a comprehensive overview of all posts that are currently pending approval. 

3. View Pending Approvals: In this view, you'll be presented with a detailed list of posts awaiting approval. The associated information includes the specific approval stage where the post is currently held, the author's name, and the individual responsible for the pending approval.

4. Send Approval Reminders: To expedite the approval process, you can easily notify the responsible approver by clicking the notification bell icon located adjacent to their name on each post card. This action effectively sends a reminder to the concerned responsible, urging them to review and approve the pending post. 

By incorporating this streamlined notification process, you can significantly enhance the efficiency of your approval workflow, ensuring that posts progress seamlessly through the various stages of review. This feature optimises collaboration and accelerates your ability to deliver timely and engaging content to your audience.
