Resetting your password on Sprinklr is a straightforward process that ensures the security of your account.

- Begin by accessing your Profile Details in settings under Global Governance , where you can manage various aspects of your user profile.

2. Navigating to Password Change:

- Once you're in the profile details section, locate the "Password" option.

3. Initiating Password Change:

- Click on the "Password" option to open the "Change Your Password" window.

4. Current and New Passwords:

- In the "Change Your Password" window, provide your current password along with the new password you wish to set.

5. Password Visibility:

- For added confidence, you can utilize the "eye" icon to view the old and new password as you type it, confirming that it's accurately entered.

6. Confirming the Change:

- Once you've provided the necessary information, click on the "Change My Password" button to update the password.
