Delete Custom Roles

To delete Custom Role :
You can delete a Custom Role created provided you have required permission for your user role.
Note : In order to delete a custom role, you need to un- assign the users added in that role.
If you try to delete any custom role with user present in that role, it shows you the following message :
This Role cannot be deleted because the role is assigned to 1 users
In order to delete a Custom Role, follow the below mentioned steps :
From Homepage of Sprinklr Social/Service, navigate to Settings from the left side pane.
Select Roles under Global Governance or search for Roles in search bar.
In Roles window, you would be able to see all the Users alongside Role Name.
Click on three dots for any custom role created.
Select Delete from the options
In Delete Role window, click to Delete to confirm deletion of the custom role.
In this way, you would be able delete any custom roles create provided you satisfy the pre - required conditions.
