By allowing you to swiftly apply predefined actions to messages, Quick Actions enhance productivity and streamline your inbox workflow.

Let's delve into how you can harness the power of Quick Actions in the Inbox module: 

1. Accessing the Inbox Module: Begin by navigating to the Inbox module (represented by the messaging icon) within the third pane of the Sprinklr Social platform. 

2. Selecting the Message: Choose the specific message to which you intend to apply Quick Actions. Locate the three-dot menu icon (more options) on the message card and click on it.

3. Accessing Quick Actions: A dropdown menu will appear upon clicking the three-dot icon, which represents access to more possible actions. Look for the "Quick Actions" option within this dropdown and select it to proceed. 

4. Applying Quick Actions: The dropdown will expand further, presenting you with a list of available Quick Actions. With the intuitive search bar or by manual selection, you can also browse through this list in a convenient manner.

Effortlessly Apply Quick Actions to Multiple Messages: 

1. Bulk Selection: Hover over the profile picture or display picture (DP) associated with each respondent's message to select multiple messages. 

2. Utilise the Power Bar: As you select messages, a power bar will appear at the bottom. From here, choose the "Quick Actions" option. 

3. Efficient Application: A dedicated window for Quick Actions will occupy your screen. Within this window, you can effortlessly select the desired Quick Action from the dropdown menu.
