You can create Tasks on Contacts and Companies.
To Create Tasks on Contacts
Click on the CRM tab in the left pane of Sprinklr and click on any of the contacts under the Contact tab to create a task.
Click on View Contact next to any contact and the contact details will appear. You will either view the existing tasks created for a user or can create a new one by clicking Tasks on the extreme right.
Click on the Task created for the user and the third pane will appear on the right.
Click on the Tasks in the top right and provide the desired details such as the task title, description, status, priority, assignee, and due date. Besides that, you can also view the details of the existing task created for the user, edit the task, and copy the link of the task as well by hovering over the task.
You can check out the task created for the user in the All Tasks tab. Click on the All Tasks tab from the left pane and the list of tasks will be visible. You can view the task you created under the Contact tab for the user. Click on the specific task and you can view the details of the task created for the user in the third pane.
You can add Notes to this task as well if you want to.
You can check all the Notes related to the task in the Notes tab in the third pane.
To Create Tasks for Companies
Click on the CRM tab on the left pane of Sprinklr and click on the Companies under the Companies tab to create a task.
You can view the existing tasks or create a new one by clicking Tasks in the top right corner for the company. Provide the desired details of the task.
You can click on any of the existing tasks created for the company and the third pane will appear on the right. You can view the details of the task created, edit the task, or delete it as per your requirement. Hover over the task created and from there also you can edit and copy the link of the task.
