Task Performance Report

You can do the Reporting of the Tasks created for Messages, Campaigns, Assets, or Tickets. So, the Engagement and Task is a report that you can check out to analyze Tasks.

This task report analyzes your engagement metrics and task completion. It consists of 2 metrics as Task Performance and Inbox performance.

Task Performance

This metric consists of 8 widgets - Trends of tasks, Tasks across Priority, Tasks completion time by Associated Entity, Average Task Completion Time Trend, Task Breakdown by Status, Completion Level of Tasks, Tasks Across Users, and Productivity of Different Users.

1. Trend of Tasks: This widget explains the trend of task counts over a period of time. Hover over the widget to drill down more. The third pane will appear on the right providing comprehensive details of the widget.
   
   
   
   

2. Task Priority: This widget explains the priority of tasks such as To-do, In-progress, or Urgent and the number of tasks for each status. Hover over the widget to drill down more. The third pane will appear on the right providing comprehensive details of the widget.
   
   

3. Task Completion Time by Associated Entity: It shows the competition time of the task for each associated entity. Hover over the widget to drill down more. The third pane will appear on the right providing comprehensive details of the widget.
   
   

4. Average Task Completion Time: It shows the average task completion time over a period of time. Hover over the widget to drill down more. The third pane will appear on the right providing comprehensive details of the widget.
   
   

5. Task Breakdown by Status: It shows the count of tasks by Status such as In-progress, To-do, and Urgent. Hover over the widget to drill down more. The third pane will appear on the right providing comprehensive details of the widget.
   
   

6. Completion Level of Tasks: This widget shows the completion level of tasks segregated by Overdue, Early completion, and Delayed Completion. Hover over the widget to drill down more. The third pane will appear on the right providing comprehensive details of the widget.
   
   

7. Tasks across Users: This widget explains the tasks across users. Hover over the widget to drill down more. The third pane will appear on the right providing comprehensive details of the widget.
   
   

8.  Productivity of Users: This widget explains the average completion time used by the user to complete the task. Hover over the widget to drill down more. The third pane will appear on the right providing comprehensive details of the widget.
   
   
   Besides that, there are 5 Task Reporting actions:
   
   

   1. Share: You can share the Task report with other users. Click on the Share icon at the top right. A pop will appear to provide details such as the name of the report and whom to share the report with. Click Send after providing all the details.

      
      

      
      
      
      
      

   2. Schedule: You can schedule the Task report as well by clicking on the Schedule icon at the top right. You need to select the frequency of the report, the date and time of the report, select users and add external emails. You need to select the format of the task report as well.
      
      
      
      
      
      

   3. Generate Slides: You can generate slides of the Task report as well and the task report will be generated automatically.
      
      

      
      
      

   4. Export: You can export the task report in pdf or excel format.
      
      

      
      
      

   5. Time Range: You can select a specific date to populate the task report or provide a custom time range to populate the task report. Click Save after selecting the date range.
