Creating teams in Sprinklr

Crafting teams on the Sprinklr platform is a streamlined process. Follow these steps to effortlessly establish effective teams for optimized management:

  1. Accessing Team Creation:

    Begin by navigating to the settings from the homepage of Sprinklr.

  2. Locating Teams:

    You have two options: either swiftly search for "Teams" using the search bar or scroll down to locate "Teams" within the Global Governance section.

  3. Viewing Existing Teams:

    Once you click on "Teams," you'll be presented with an overview of all teams established within your workspace for efficient management.


  4. Initiating Team Creation:
    At the top right corner of the page, you'll find the "Create Teams" option.

  5. Entering Team Details:

    To create a team, input the essential details:

    • Team Name:

    Provide a distinctive name for the team you're forming.

    • Team Description:

    Offer a brief description that outlines the purpose and responsibilities of the team.

    • Adding Team Members:
      Users are the building blocks of teams. Add users to the team by selecting them from your workspace. Every user you add becomes an integral part of the newly formed team.

  6. Completing Team Creation:

    Once you've entered all relevant information and assembled the team members, click on "Create". This action will initiate the creation process, and your team will be established seamlessly.

  7. Team Visibility:

    Your newly created team will be visible and accessible for effective management within your teams view.
