Manage Users settings

In order to manage Users Settings , please follow the following steps :

  1. Navigate to settings from Sprinklr Homepage

  2. Search for User in search bar or scroll down to find Users in Global Governance

  3. Once you select Users, you will be able to see all the users added on the platform along with associated roles , email and other entities

  4. Click on three dots for user you wish to see or make changes to user settings

  5. Select Edit from the option in three dots

  6. You will be able to see user settings

Once you are in User Settings, you will find the following :

  • Name of the user added on the platform

  • Email of the user added on the platform

  • Roles define the different user profiles in your team. They enable you to create specific permissions and assign different capabilities to manage social use case on user level efficiently.

  • Team is a collection of users to organize your support team into different groups. Teams help with efficient management of automation, canned responses, views, etc.

  • Set Responsibilities:

    • Platform : Platform is the primary channel(s) on which the user will operate. For example, a user might be an expert at handling tickets from Twitter.

    • Language: Define the language proficiency of your users so they’re assigned tickets that they’re well-equipped to resolve.

    • Skills : Skill is the ability of a user to solve a specific kind of issue. Skills help you assign tickets to users with matching skills. You can associate distinct skills to each user and create rules to make sure that only tickets matching those skills are assigned to them.
