Managing Users on Sprinklr

Users are essential members of your organization who play a pivotal role in delivering effective customer services. These users can possess one of three key roles: Author, Manager, Agent, Supervisor and Admin. Furthermore, Sprinklr offers the flexibility to create custom roles for users, allowing you to tailor permissions as per your requirements.

To view and manage users on the Sprinklr platform, follow these simple steps:

1. Accessing User Management:

Begin by navigating to the homepage of Sprinklr. From there, locate and click on the "Settings" option available in the left pane.



2. Locating Users:

Within the Settings section, you'll find a search bar that enables you to swiftly locate specific users. Alternatively, you can scroll through the page to find the "Users" section under Global Governance.


3. Viewing User Information:

Click on the "Users" option to access a comprehensive list of all the users integrated into the platform. This list includes essential details associated with each user, such as their email addresses, assigned teams, and the roles they have been designated.



By following these steps, you gain quick access to the roster of users on the Sprinklr platform, complete with pertinent information regarding their roles and responsibilities.
