Empowerment Through Workspace Creation

Creating a new workspace brings flexibility and organization to your Sprinklr experience. However, keep in mind that only users with admin or Manager access can wield this power. Here's how you can create a new workspace:

  1. Admin or Manager Access Requirement: Only users granted admin or Manager access possess the authority to create a new workspace.

  2. Navigating to Workspace Creation: From the homepage of Sprinklr, head to the settings via the left side pane.

  3. Accessing Workspace Management: Within the settings, find the "Workspace" section either through the Global Governance section or by utilizing the search bar.

  4. Initiate Workspace Addition:
    - In the Workspace Management window, explore the properties of your current workspace.
    - Click on "+ Add New Workspace" to begin the process.

  5. Product Selection: In the "Add New Workspace" phase, select the specific product configuration you desire from options like Sprinklr Social, Service, or both.

  6. Continuing the Setup: Proceed by clicking "Continue," prompting the appearance of the "Add New Workspace" window.

  7. Workspace Details and Invitation:
    - Fill in the workspace name, and consider adding an image for visual identification.

    - Optionally, invite team members if needed, right from this window.

  8. Creating Your Workspace: Once all details are complete, hit "Create Workspace" to initiate the workspace's formation.

  9. Seamless Transition:
    - Upon creation, you'll be directed into your newly minted workspace.

    - For future navigation between workspaces, click on your profile in the bottom left corner to access the workspace-switching option.


Workspace creation is a strategic tool, empowering admins to tailor their digital environment to their specific needs. Through this process, Sprinklr enables users to maintain distinct workspaces, each curated for a unique purpose or project, enhancing collaboration and task execution.
