Updating workspace properties is a seamless process that allows you to fine-tune your environment according to your unique needs. Only users with admin or manager access have the authority to perform these updates. Here's how you can make the most of this feature:

Admin or Manager Access Requirement:

• Only users granted admin or manager access are empowered to modify workspace properties.

1. Navigating to Workspace Properties:

• Start by accessing the settings through the left side pane of the Sprinklr homepage.
  

2. Accessing Workspace Management:

• Within the settings, locate the "Workspace" section. You can find it either in the Global Governance area or by using the search bar.
  

3. Exploring Property Configurations:

• Inside the Workspace Management section, you have the ability to configure various properties of your workspace.
  

Here's what you can configure in Workspace Properties:

• Workspace Logo Change: Click on the icon to open the option for uploading a new photo for your workspace logo. Simply upload the desired picture and save to update your workspace logo.

• Workspace Name Change: Modify your workspace name by simply clicking on the existing name and making your edits.
  

• Selecting Industry: Choose an industry that best aligns with your workspace's context. This selection enhances your experience with tailored AI-curated reports and industry-specific issue detection.
