To add a Youtube account to Sprinklr 

1. Go to the homepage of CXM lite and click Settings on the left pane.

   
   

    

2. Click Youtube account under Social within Platforms.

   
   

    

3. Click Add Youtube Account in the top right corner. 

   
   

    

4. Now, choose an account to add to Sprinklr. 

5. On the authentication window, enter your Google login information and follow the prompts to give Sprinklr permission to access your account. Click Allow at the bottom.

   
   

    

6. So, the Youtube account has been added to Sprinklr. 

Important note: 

Sprinklr only allows you to add and publish to youtube Channels. While adding a youtube account it should have a channel created
