Approve, Reject & Review Posts as an External User

As an external user for Sprinklr, it's now easier to approve or reject posts. Here's how:

1. You'll get an email notification for each approval request.

2. Click on View Post in the email to open the external app.

3. Here, review the post caption, media creative, channel options, approval workflow and author details.

4. After reviewing, click to either approve or reject the post providing a suitable reason.

5. The post will be approved or rejected based on your action.

This external email integration makes the approval process more efficient, accessible, and flexible, improving collaboration with external stakeholders.
