LinkedIn Limitations 

You can perform a wide variety of functions in the Sprinklr platform with your connected LinkedIn Account, while a small number are API Limitations by limitations inherent to LinkedIn's API; see LinkedIn Limitations. 

Note: 

• LinkedIn account may need to be re-authenticated within Sprinklr if a change is made to the account on the native channel or due to token expiration. As of May 2018, all authentication access tokens expire in 60 days, at which time your account will require re-authentication. Account subscribers will receive a notification if re-authentication is required. 

• As of June 30, 2017, LinkedIn no longer supports the LinkedIn Groups API. This change does not affect other LinkedIn features or APIs, and your LinkedIn Group will continue to be active. You can continue to share professional content via Sprinklr to your LinkedIn feed and LinkedIn Company Pages. 

API Limitation - The functionality is not available for Sprinklr to build. 

Due to LinkedIn API Limitations, we are unable to perform the following actions within the Sprinklr Platform: 

• Manage LinkedIn Job Postings 

• Manage LinkedIn Products 

• Add photos to LinkedIn Group Posts 

• Filter (target) to Employees vs. Non-Employees when publishing 

• Create a Permalink for LinkedIn Company 

• Monitor Send and Reply to LinkedIn Mail 

• Report on Likes that Comments on a Post receive 

• LinkedIn video posts are considered as UGC posts and editing of these posts is not supported for LinkedIn UGC posts (video posts) due to API limitation 

Note: 

For any post on LinkedIn Profiles, only the first 30 days' comments can be fetched from the posting date.
