There are 3 types of LinkedIn messages and let's explain message actions for each message type 

Post: Any new post created by the brand along with the image or video. Sprinklr allows you to take the below actions on Posts: 

• Like: You can like the Linkedin post if you want to. There are other variations to like such as Celebrate, Support, Love, Insightful, and Curious. 

• Comment: You can comment on the LinkedIn post if you want to. 

• Delete: You can delete the post. 

• Like from multiple accounts: If you have multiple accounts on LinkedIn, you can like the post from multiple accounts.

  
  

  

   

• Collaboration: You can collaborate on the post and drop a note relevant to the post. 

• Tags: You can tag the keyword relevant to your post. 

• Mark as Spam: You can mark the post content spam if you find the content foul or derogatory. 

• View Details: You can view the details of the post on the right pane such as message properties, tasks, and notes. 

• Quick Actions: You can take any quick action at once such as adding a note. 

• View in Native: You can view the LinkedIn post on Native. 

Comment: These are responses to your Brand's published Posts.

• Reply: You can reply to the comment on the LinkedIn post if you want to.

Direct Message: Linkedin doesn't allow direct messages for Linkedin Pages and hence is not supported in Sprinklr. 

Mention: When you tag any brand or user to notify them about any new post created or about anything on your Linkedin feed.  

Sprinklr allows you to take the below actions on such messages:  

• Like: You can like the mention if you want to. 

• Reply: You can reply to the LinkedIn mention in the reply box. 

• Tags: You can tag the keyword relevant to your mention. 

• Collaboration: You can collaborate on the mention and drop a note relevant to the mention.  

• Mark as Spam: You can mark the mention spam if you find the content foul or derogatory. 

• View Details: You can view the details of the mention in the right pane such as message properties, tasks, and notes. 

• Quick Actions: You can take any quick action at once such as adding a note. 

• View in Native: You can view the LinkedIn mention on Native. 

• Assign to user: You can assign the mention to the user.
