Google My Business Account addition

To add a Google My Business account to Sprinklr Social
Go to the homepage of CXM Self Serve and click Settings on the left pane.
Select Google My Business account under Social within Platforms.
Click Add Google My Business Page in the top right corner.
Now, choose an account to add to Sprinklr Social
On the authentication window, enter your Google login information and follow the prompts to give Sprinklr permission to access your account. Click Allow at the bottom.
Now, you need to select the Google business locations you would like to add. Click Add.
This is how the Google My Business location will be added.
