Configuring Google My Business Social Settings
This guide will walk you through the process of configuring your Google My Business Social Settings within Sprinklr Social. Follow these steps to set things up:
Step 1: Navigating to Settings Begin by accessing the main page of Sprinklr Social and proceed to the settings section.
Step 2: Selecting Google My Business
Within the Sprinklr Social settings, find and click on 'Google My Business'.
Step 3: Viewing Your Google My Business Accounts
You'll find a list of your Google My Business accounts that are linked to your platform.
Step 4: Making Changes to an Account
Identify the specific Google My Business account for which you want to make changes and click on the three dots (...) associated with it.
Step 5: Accessing Functionality Options
Clicking the three dots will provide you with a set of functionality options:
Edit
Assign Permissions
Deactivate
Delete
Step 6: Editing Account Settings
Choose 'Edit' to access the Social Settings for the selected Google My Business account.
Step 7: Configuring Social Engagement
Within the 'Edit' section, you can adjust settings related to social engagement, interactions, and responses.
Step 8: Accessing Message Settings
To make changes to incoming messages, click on the 'Edit' option.
Step 9: Sprinklr Social Settings
You'll be presented with the Sprinklr Social Settings for the selected account.
Step 10: Enabling or Disabling Replies
Within the settings, you can find the option to 'Allow replies from this account'. Toggle this setting to enable or disable it as required.
Allow replies from this account: Enabling this setting allows users to reply to inbound messages in the Inbox from this account. If disabled, users won't be able to reply to fan messages using this account.
