To add a Google My Business account to Sprinklr 

1. Go to the homepage of Sprinklr Social and click Settings on the left pane.
   
   

2. Select a Google Playstore account under Social within Platforms. 
   
   

3. Click Add Google Playstore account in the top right corner. 
   
   

4. Refer to the article to fetch details like Client ID and Client Secret.
   
   

5. Click Add in the bottom right corner to add the account details.
