Creating Tickets from Facebook dark posts

Learn how to create new tickets from unpublished Facebook posts and provide on-point solutions via a single, easy-to-use platform.

Adding Facebook client pages to Sprinklr Self-serve enables you to manage and provide a complete resolution to all the queries received by your support teams. Sprinklr Self-serve helps you automatically convert all dark posts received via your page into tickets.

To create Tickets from Facebook dark posts

  1. Log in to Care Console. On the Sprinklr Self-serve window, click the Settings icon on the left-hand side. Under Platform, click Facebook within Social & Reviews.

  1. Click Edit from the Options icon of any of the existing Facebook pages.

  1. Toggle on to include published posts and convert all Private Messages, Wall Posts, Comments, and Unpublished Posts in the Ticket Creation Rules window. Click here to learn more about Ticket Creation Rules.
