Creating Tickets from Instagram dark posts

Create new tickets from Instagram dark posts - providing faster resolution to customer queries from a unified platform. This can be done by adding your Facebook Ads account in Sprinklr Self-serve.

To create Tickets from Instagram dark posts

Before creating Tickets from Instagram dark posts, you need to add Facebook Ads Account to Sprinklr Self-serve.

  1. Log in to Care Console. On the Sprinklr Self-serve window, click the Settings icon on the left-hand side. Under Platform, click Facebook within Social & Reviews.


  2. Now, select Add Facebook Ads Account from the Add Facebook Account dropdown in the top right corner.

  3. The Facebook login page will appear. Now, enter your credentials and provide access permissions.

  4. Choose the Facebook Ads account you want to add and click Add at the bottom right.

  5. Once the Facebook Ads account is added, the Ads account will be visible in the Facebook section, as shown below.

Once the Facebook Ads account is created, you can create Instagram Ads tickets from the same.

  1. Log in to Care Console. On the Sprinklr Self-serve window, click the Settings icon on the left-hand side. Under Platform, click Facebook within Social & Reviews.

  2. Click Options against the Facebook Ads account you have just added to the workspace and choose the Edit option.

  3. From the Edit option, you can change the Ticket Threading Interval and choose the account that

    is associated with the Ads account. If no account has been added, the tickets are created by default for all the associated Instagram accounts.
