Now, Sprinklr enables you to narrow down all the messages in the Inbox by the filter Post Type at the top and improve your visual experience. It will aid you to select specific post types you want to view or prioritize in your Inbox.

Navigation 

1. Go to the Inbox icon from the left pane of Sprinklr Selfserve and click All Messages views.  

    

2. Now, select the Post Type filter from the top and narrow down the content by different categories such as Audio, Story Mention (Instagram), Story Reply (Instagram), Carousel, Reel, Photo, LinkedIn Poll. It enables users to refine their view of incoming messages based on the type of content or communication channel they represent. 

   
   

   

   
   

3. Click Apply after checking mark the required Post Type that you want to view in the Inbox.
