Instagram Platform Performance Report

This report provides comprehensive statistics on engagement, publishing, and various activities on your Instagram accounts. It includes detailed insights into user interactions, post performance, story insights, reels insights and audience behavior, helping you optimize your presence and engagement on the Instagram platform.
Use the Instagram Platform Performance Report to review the lifetime performance of the Instagram posts which have published during the publishing period.
Navigate to Instagram Platform Performance Report
On the Sprinklr window, click Reports icon on the left pane.
The Instagram Platform Performance Report can be found in the Platform Performance section of Sprinklr.

Overview Tab
This tab consists of following Widgets -
Performance Summary: The Performance Summary widget comprises metrics such as impressions, reach, engagement, average engagement per post, new followers, post published, etc.
Accounts Overview: This widget provides an account overview explaining followers, new followers, posts published, total impressions, total reach, total profile views, etc.
Trend of Total Followers: This widget exhibits the trend of Instagram followers over a period of time.
Growth of Total Followers: This widget exhibits the growth of total Instagram followers over a period of time.
Trend of Impressions: This widget exhibits the trend of impressions over a period of time.
Engagement Tab
This tab consists of following Widgets -
Engagement Summary: This widget displays the engagement metrics such as comments and likes.
Average Engagement per Post: This widget displays the average engagement per post over a period of time.
Total Engagement per 1000 Followers: This widget displays the average engagement per 1000 followers over a period of time.
Post Engagement Breakdown: This widget displays the post engagement breakdown such as likes, comments, saved, reach, and impressions over a period of time.
Engagement by Media Type: This widget displays the engagement breakdown such as likes, comments, and post saved over a period of time.
Engagement by Day of the Week: This widget displays the engagement breakdown by day of the week.
