With Sprinklr Social Self-Serve, now you can publish documents like any other asset (image or video) on LinkedIn from the Publisher.

Navigation
Click on the + icon from the left pane of Sprinklr Self-Serve. Choose New Post from the dropdown.
The Publisher Dashboard will appear where you can upload your documents on LinkedIn and share important information with your target audience.
Select LinkedIn account from the dropdown and choose the type of message as Post. Now, write the post in the Content column which you want to post on LinkedIn. You can preview the message on the right under Platform Preview section.
Click on the Media icon below the content box and choose Upload Document from the dropdown.
You can upload documents from your system. Choose the desired document from the desktop and click on the Upload icon at the bottom. The document will be uploaded in the Publisher.
Once the document is added to the Publisher, you can provide document title to the document. Click on the pencil icon at the top of the document uploaded and choose Add Document Title option from the dropdown. You can download or delete the document as well.
Selecting Add Document title option will open a modal to add the Document title as well as provide the document preview with next page arrow keys in the following manner.
Click on the Save icon at the bottom once you add the document title.
Now, click on the Post Now icon at the bottom once the document is added in the Publisher.
The users can also engage on the published LinkedIn document post by liking, sharing or commenting on the post. All these engagements will be captured in the Inbox.
