Image Content

The file size should not exceed 8MB and the photo’s aspect ratio is between 1:91:1 and 4:5

Minimum resolution of 150x150 (lower resolution will be scaled up to the minimum)

Video Content

The video duration of the Instagram Video posts can only be between 3 seconds and 60 seconds in length via Sprinklr

For Instagram direct publishing of video, you are required to select a thumbnail from video frames only.
