This feature in Sprinklr enables you to add your first comment about the product or service on Instagram and add a location to engage with the audience widely.

1. Go to the home page and click the + icon on the left pane. Click the New Post option from the dropdown.

   
   

   

   
   

2. Now, choose a single or multiple Instagram account for creating an Instagram post.

   
   

   

   
   

3. Now, provide suitable content to market your potential products and services. You can add an Emoji, upload an image, video, or select the desired asset from the Asset Library section under the Media feature.

4. Under the Instagram Options, you can provide a First Comment and add an Emoji or pre-added text from the Asset folder.

   
   

   

   
   

5. You can also add a location to the Instagram post and tag users to notify them about the post.
