Steps To Add LinkedIn Profile Account

  1. Go to Settings from bottom left corner and then select the platform as LinkedIn.

  2. Click Add LinkedIn Account in the top right corner and choose Add LinkedIn Profile from the dropdown.

  3. It will ask you to provide your LinkedIn credentials such as the username and the password. And your account will be added.

Publishing on LinkedIn Profile Accounts

  1. Once the LinkedIn profile account is created, go to the Publisher icon from the left pane.

  2. The Omni channel Publisher will open where you need to select the LinkedIn profile account you have recently created, provide the required content, add the desired media or emoji.

Enter the content for the post in the content box.

    • For LinkedIn profile account, you can @mention LinkedIn accounts in your posts. Type "@" and then begin typing a LinkedIn profile account name in the box. You’ll then see a drop-down list of potential profile accounts you can mention. Select the desired LinkedIn profile account you want from the list and continue typing your message.

Note: For LinkedIn profile accounts, you can only mention those profiles which have prior interaction in Sprinklr.

Interacted means that the fan profile have replied to any comments/post/DM and their profile have been grabbed in Sprinklr.

If the fan profile has reacted/liked any post/comment they will not be pulled in Sprinklr, and thus those profiles cannot be tagged in LinkedIn posts.

While publishing, profile mention will show recommendations when you select company accounts only or profile accounts only. If you select company account as well as profile account, it will not suggest @mention.

If a LinkedIn profile had applied visibility filters, then you will not be able to @mention that particular LinkedIn profile in a message.

  3. Once you have added the details, you can select Share with from the drop-drop menu for Post message type and select whom you want to share the LinkedIn post with.
    The following options are available:

    • Public

    • Connections

  4. Once all the details are filled in, click Publish Now at the bottom end.

Note:

The Targeting feature is not available in LinkedIn profile Accounts. It is only available in LinkedIn company accounts.
