The Instagram grid is the feed of visuals your account shares with your Instagram followers. Whether you’re sharing pictures of your products or motivational quotes, the Instagram grid is the visual representation of you and your business. 

Having a well-planned Instagram layout with a grid planner will give your business a striking first impression, set you apart from competitors who are randomly posting, and keep your social media posts organised. Now with Sprinklr Social Advanced, you can view the Instagram grid on Calendar, from posts, or from different accounts.

To view Instagram Grid on an Account Level 

1. Go to the Sprinklr Social Advanced Home page. Click the Settings icon on the left pane and click the Instagram option under Sprinklr Social.  

2. The list of Instagram accounts will appear. Click View IG Grid next to one of the Instagram accounts.

3. The Instagram Grid opens on the right pane under the Overview tab.    

    

Note: 

Only Published, Scheduled, and Draft posts with time are shown on the Instagram feed. Click on the i icon next to Instagram Feed in the top left of the right pane. The post which has no time will not be visible on the Instagram grid.  

To edit Draft Post time from the Instagram Grid 

You can edit the time of the Draft Post by dragging and holding the desired post and swapping with the desired post.  

To view Instagram Grid from Calendar 

1. Go to the Sprinklr Social Advanced Home page. Click the Settings icon on the left pane and click the Publishing icon from the left.  

2. Click on any of the Instagram Posts from the Calendar and the third pane will appear. Click on the three dots icon in the top left corner and select View IG Grid from the dropdown. 

3. The same Instagram Grid will appear for the same Instagram account. 

    

To view Instagram Grid from a Post 

You can view Instagram Grid from a Post as well. Go to the Calendar from the left pane of Sprinklr Social Advanced and hover over any of the IG post. Now, click on the 3 dots icon, the dropdown will appear. Choose View on IG Grid from the dropdown and the grid will open with the list of IG posts. 

To view Instagram Grid from a Post Third pane 

1. Go to Calendar from the left pane of Sprinklr Social Advanced and click any of the IG post. The third pane will appear. Choose View on Grid from the three dots icon in the top right corner.  

   

2. The IG Grid will appear with the list of Instagram posts. You can see that some posts are in draft, some are in approval and some posts are published.
