Ability to sort top performing posts

Tracking insights of social media posts is now easier with Sprinklr Social. You can now sort top-performing social media posts and track which posts are performing well and which are not. There are several other features such as Sorting and Filtering the report. 

Reporting of Social media posts 

1. Go to the Reports tab from the left pane of Sprinklr Social and click All Reports tab on the left. The list of all the reports will appear. Go to Platform Performance widget and choose the Post Performance report in blue. 

    

2. The list of all social media posts will appear along with their customer engagement such as likes, comments, shares, and impressions.   

    

3. You can sort the Post Performance report by Published Date, Impressions, Reach, and more. Also, you can sort the report in ascending or descending order.  

    

    

4. You can also filter the report by sources, post types, platforms, and teams.
