Sprinklr begins collecting Reporting data after you have added your social accounts to the platform, and will at most pull the last two months of historical data when an account is added. Custom scripts are required to fetch any additional lifetime posts.
Note:
Whenever you request a historical backfill, there will be a spike in respective trend metrics for post level data type. Also Sprinklr will not backfill any inbox messages of the account from the native platform.
