With a Snapchat Business account, you can reach a global audience and drive meaningful results. Your Snapchat Business account on Sprinklr is just like any other accounts, let’s learn how to do it in Sprinklr Social Self-Serve:  

Steps to Add a Snapchat Business Account in Sprinklr

1. Click on Settings (gear icon) from the left pane of Sprinklr Self-Serve.  
   
   

2. From Sprinklr Social Settings, navigate to click on Snapchat under Platforms. 
   
   

    

3. Once you arrive at the Snapchat accounts’ record manager, proceed to click on Add Snapchat Account button highlighted in blue from the top right corner. 
   
   

    

4. In the Snapchat log-in window, enter the Username and Password for the account that you want to add. 
   
   

    

5. On the authentication window, follow the prompts to give Sprinklr permission to access your account. 
   
   

6. Now, select the account(s) that you would like to add. After choosing the account, click on Add in the bottom right. 
   
   

7. Once done, the desired accounts will be added to Sprinklr Social.
