Using the Snapchat Story feature in Sprinklr Social helps you manage the social media content from a centralised platform. This streamlines workflows and allows for better coordination and collaboration among team members responsible for content creation and publishing across different channels. 

Steps to Publish Snapchat Story via Sprinklr 

1. Click on the Publishing icon from the left pane of Sprinklr Social Self-Serve. 
   
   

    

2. In the publishing module, navigate to Calendar. From there, click on the + Add icon in the top right corner and choose Post from the dropdown. The New Post publishing form will appear right away.  
   
   

3. Select the desired Snapchat account from the Select Account dropdown and click on Customize by Platform in the top right corner.   
   
   

4. Make sure that the Type of Message field reflects Story. 
   
   

5. Under Media, click on Add Image/Video to open the dropdown. Choose the desired source for uploading media, either upload it directly from your device or use a pre-saved asset from the Asset Library.   
   
   

6. Once uploaded, you can preview the same on the right-hand side under Platform Preview.
   
   

    

7. Lastly, click on the Publish Now option from the scheduling options at the bottom. The Snapchat Story will be published instantly.

• Image resolution should be at least 540x960px 

• Supported Formats: JPG or PNG 

Videos 

• Video can be in .mp4 format 

• Video Duration : 5-60 seconds 

• Video resolution at least 540x960px 

• Max file size: 1 GB
