To generate content using Sprinklr AI+
In this example, you will walk through generating a response in Care Console using Sprinklr AI+.
Navigate to Care Console within Sprinklr Service and open a case.
Type your reply in the Reply box.
Select the desired text and click the Sprinklr AI+ option.
Select Reword, Fix Spelling & Grammar, Make it Longer, Make it Shorter, Simplify Language, Modify Tone, and Translate to enhance and improve content production. For more information, see Edit & Review Content.
Edit & Review Content
Select the text you want to make changes to and then select Sprinklr AI+. You will get the options as explained below.
Reword
Rewording a text allows you to change the grammar, and vocabulary while maintaining the same context as of the previous text.
Select Reword from the list of options that will appear.
Sprinklr AI+ will rephrase the content for you. You can perform the following actions on the suggested content:
Replace Selection - Replace the original content with the suggested content.
Insert Below - Insert the suggested content below the original content.
Try Again - Try again for better rephrased content.
Discard - Discard the suggested content.
Fix Spelling & Grammar
To make sure the written content is grammatically correct and does not have any spelling or punctuation errors, use Sprinklr AI+ to fix the Spelling and Grammar errors.
Select Fix Spelling Grammar from the list of options that will appear.
Sprinklr AI+ will fix the errors. You can perform the following actions on the suggested content:
Replace Selection - Replace the original content with the suggested content.
Insert Below - Insert the suggested content below the original content.
Try again - Try again for better rephrased content.
Discard - Discard the suggested content.
Make it Shorter
To shorten the length of your content or to make it more crisp and precise, you can select the Make it Shorter option to rephrase your content using Sprinklr AI+.
Select Make it Shorter from the list of options that will appear.

If you are not satisfied or are not sure about the emotion or style of your content, you can use the Modify Tone option to influence your reader and clearly define your intention.
Select Modify Tone from the list of options that will appear.
You can select Professional, Relaxed, Empathetic, Bold, Persuasive, and Luxury to change or enhance the tone of your content.
