Efficiently Categorize and Organize with Post Tags
Tagging posts is like giving your content a special label that makes it easier to find and understand. But it's not just about sorting – it also unlocks powerful reporting insights.
Why Tagging Matters:
When you tag a post, you're essentially putting it in a folder with a specific label. This helps you organize your content for campaigns, promotions, or any other purpose. But that's not all – tagging also works like a secret key that unlocks valuable reporting insights about the posts grouped under the same tag.
Let's explore how tagging posts in Sprinklr Social can level up your content management and reporting game.
Two Simple Ways to Tag a Post:
1. While Publishing:
Head to the "Publishing" section from the homepage of Sprinklr Social.
Click "Add Post" under the Calendar Module to create a post.
Look for the "Tag" option in the Publishing Properties.
Add the tag that fits your post's purpose.
Publish the post, and it's now associated with the chosen tag.
2. Using the Calendar:
In the Calendar Module under Publishing, select the post you want to tag.
A third pane with post details appears.
Find the "Tags" option under properties for the post.
Add a new tag or update an existing one.
Voilà! The post is now tagged and ready for efficient tracking.
The Benefits Unveiled:
Tagging posts is like building a bridge between organization and insights. By categorizing posts, you're making sure that your content is neatly sorted. And when it's time for reporting, those tags reveal the bigger picture – they provide a snapshot of how posts under the same tag are performing, giving you a valuable perspective for decision-making.
So, there you have it! With the power of tagging, you're not only sorting your content but also unlocking hidden gems of reporting insights. Start tagging your posts today, and watch your content management and reporting strategies level up for the better!
