TikTok Ads Performance

Updated 


Use the TikTok Ads Performance Report to review the performance of the Ads posted on TikTok.


Navigate to TikTok Paid Performance Report

  1. Log in to Sprinklr Social Self-serve. On the Sprinklr Self-serve window, click Reports icon on the left pane.

  2. The TikTok Ads Performance Report can be found in the Paid Performance section of Sprinklr Self-serve reporting module.

TikTok Ads Performance report have 5 tabs respectively:

  1. Summary

  2. Trends

  3. Campaigns

  4. Audience

  5. Creatives

Summary Tab: This tab consists of 4 widgets:


  1. Ads Overview

  1. Ads & Spend over Time

  1. Video Views by Quartile

  1. Engagement Breakdown


Here are the detailed description of the above mentioned widgets:

  1. Ads Overview: This widget explains the overall summary of the TikTok ad metrics such as Spend, Engagements, Impressions, Video Views, Link Clicks, LCTR, ER, VTR, CPM, CPV, CPE and CPLC. You can click on each of the metrics to view details in the third pane for the current as well as the previous period.

Landings per click through rate (Landings/CTR)

ER

Engagement Rate (Engagement/Reach)*100

VTR

Video view Through Rate (People who watched Video Ad all the Way through/Impressions)

CPM

Cost per Mille or Cost per thousand Impressions

CPV

Cost per View (Total Cost of Video Ad/Total number of Video Views) - Lower the CPV better it is for campaign, depends on factors like Audience, Video Duration, Campaign Goals etc.,

CPE

Cost Per Engagement (Total Cost/Total Engagements)

CPLC

Cost Per Link Click (Total cost for links/Total number of link clicks)

Impressions

How many times a ad is displayed on feeds of audience.

Engagements

No. of Interactions received by Ad inform of different actions, such as clicks, likes, comments and shares.




  1. Ads & Spend over Time: This widget explains the relation between the published ads and spent over time on the TikTok ads. You can click on a particular date to view details in the third pane for the current as well as the previous period.

  2. Video Views by Quartile: It indicates the video views on TikTok ads over a period of 4 months.

  3. Engagement Breakdown: It indicates the engagement breakdown on TikTok ads by likes, comments, and shares.







Trends Tab: This Tab contains 3 Sections as mentioned below


Video trends: This section analyzes the spend and play rate trends of your videos.


It consists of 4 widgets:

  1. Spend and CPV by Date

  2. Views & VTR by Date

  3. Spend & CPV by Day of Week

  4. Views & VTR by Day of Week




Engagement Trends: This section analyzes the spend and engagements trends on your posts.


It consists of 4 widgets:

Click Trends: This section analyzes the spend and click trends on your posts.

Video KPIs by Campaign: This widget analyzes the performance of your videos by campaign. It consists of metrics such as spend, impressions, CPM, Video Views, VTR, and CPV.




Engagement KPIs by Campaign: This widget analyzes the engagement on your posts by campaign. It consists of metrics such as spend, impressions, CPM, Engagements, ER, and CPE.



Traffic KPIs by Campaign: This widget analyzes the traffic on your posts by campaign. It consists of metrics such as spend, impressions, CPM, Link Clicks, LCTR, and CPLC.





Audience Tab: It gives you insights of people who are engaging with Video ads. It contains 3 sections as mentioned below.


Video Audiences: This section analyzes the spend and play rate trends on your videos

Video KPIs by Post: This widget analyzes the performance of your video posts and track KPIs such as Spend, Video Views, VTR, and CPV of Ad Creatives.



Engagement KPIs by Post: This widget analyzes the engagement of your posts and track metrics such as spend, engagements, ER, and CPE of Ad Creatives.
