Important Updates
Only paid Trustpilot Users/Subscribers can Reply to Trustpilot Reviews As per Trustpilot policies, all the third-party integration(Sprinklr) will only have the ability to reply to reviews if it is available for accounts with the paid plan. In order to maintain accordance with the policy, we will be removing the capability to reply for a free Trustpilot plan from May 2022. After May 2022, all Trustpilot accounts will be deactivated and should be Re-Added to get access to the account back on Sprinklr.
Grabbing Delay for Trustpilot Reviews Trustpilot recently made changes to its automated fraud-detection software so that potentially fake reviews can be proactively detected on Trustpilot before they are grabbed within Sprinklr. Due to this change, all the new reviews will be grabbed with some delay from the time they were published on Trustpilot. For more information, see Why we delay posting reviews.
Note that reviews and related replies on Trustpilot when deleted natively get deleted on Sprinklr as well in some time, as we receive webhooks for the same from the channel.
