Configuring Trustpilot Social Settings

Learn how to configure your Trustpilot Social Settings within Sprinklr Social by following these specific steps:

Step 1: Navigating to Settings
Start by accessing the main page of Sprinklr Social and proceed to the settings section.

Step 2: Selecting Trustpilot
Within the Sprinklr Social settings, locate and click on 'Trustpilot'.

Step 3: Viewing Your Trustpilot Accounts
You'll find a list of your Trustpilot accounts integrated into your platform.

Step 4: Making Changes to an Account
Identify the specific Trustpilot account for which you want to make changes and click on the three dots (...) associated with it.

Step 5: Accessing Functionality Options
Clicking the three dots will present you with several functionality options:

  • Edit

  • Assign Permissions

  • Deactivate

  • Delete

Step 6: Editing Account Settings
Choose 'Edit' to access the Social Settings for the selected Trustpilot account.

Step 7: Configuring Social Engagement
Within the 'Edit' section, you can adjust settings related to social engagement, interactions, and responses.

Step 8: Accessing Message Settings
To make changes to incoming messages, click on the 'Edit' option.

Step 9: Sprinklr Social Settings
You'll be presented with the Sprinklr Social Settings for the selected account.

Step 10: Enabling or Disabling Replies
Within the settings, you can find the option to 'Allow replies from this account'. Toggle this setting to enable or disable it as required.

  • Allow replies from this account: Enabling this setting allows users to reply to inbound messages in the Inbox from this account. If disabled, users won't be able to reply to fan messages using this account.
