Yelp account addition

Sprinklr allows you to add your Yelp account to bring full-text reviews in real-time to engage with. This enables you to monitor and respond to reviews in real time. While responding to the reviews, you can add Links, Canned Responses, Custom Links, and Content Placeholders to your response. Besides, adding a Yelp account to Sprinklr will enable brands to reply to user replies from a unified platform.
To add a Yelp account to Sprinklr
Go to the homepage of CXM Self-Serve and click Settings on the left pane.
Select Yelp account under Social within Platforms.
Click Add Yelp account in the top right corner.
Now, choose an account to add to Sprinklr.
On the authentication window, enter your Google login information and follow the prompts to give Sprinklr permission to access your account. Click Allow at the bottom.
Now, you need to select the Yelp locations you would like to add.
This is how the Yelp location will be added.
Once the Yelp account has been set up. Click on the Options icon and select Edit.
On the Yelp Settings page, you will find Sprinklr Social Settings where you need to Toggle On “Allow replies from this account” to allow users to reply to inbound messages in Inbox from this account. If disabled, this account will not be available for users to reply to fan messages.
Click Save at the bottom.
