Configuring Yelp Social Settings
This article will guide you through the process of configuring your Yelp Social Settings within Sprinklr Social. Follow these straightforward steps:
Step 1: Navigating to Settings
Begin by accessing the main page of Sprinklr Social and proceed to the settings section.
Step 2: Selecting Yelp
Within the Sprinklr Social settings, locate and click on 'Yelp'.
Step 3: Viewing Your Yelp Accounts
You'll find a list of your Yelp accounts that are linked to your platform.
Step 4: Making Changes to an Account
Identify the specific Yelp account for which you want to make changes, and click on the three dots (...) associated with it.
Step 5: Accessing Functionality Options
Clicking the three dots will present you with several functionality options:
Edit
Assign Permissions
Deactivate
Delete
Step 6: Editing Account Settings
Choose 'Edit' to access the Social Settings for the selected Yelp account.
Step 7: Configuring Social Engagement
Within the 'Edit' functionality, you can configure settings related to incoming messages received in your inbox module. This includes messages such as reviews posted by customers on your Yelp Account
Step 8: Accessing Message Settings
To make changes to incoming messages, click on the 'Edit' option.
Step 9: Sprinklr Social Settings
You'll be presented with the Sprinklr Social Settings for the selected account.
Step 10: Enabling or Disabling Replies
Within the settings, you can find the option to 'Allow replies from this account'. Toggle this setting to enable or disable it as required.
Allow replies from this account: Enabling this setting allows users to reply to inbound messages in the Inbox from this account. If disabled, users won't be able to reply to fan messages using this account.
