Add a X(Twitter) account to Sprinklr

Adding a Twitter account in Sprinklr allows you to view, engage with, publish to, and manage your tweets. Twitter is a social platform used to communicate and stay connected by exchanging quick, frequent messages containing photos, videos, links, and text. 

To add a X(Twitter) account to Sprinklr

1. Go to the homepage of Sprinklr and click Settings on the left pane.

   
   

    

2. Click X(Twitter) account under Social within Platforms.

   
   

    

3. Click Add X(Twitter) Account in the top right corner.

   
   

    

4. You will be prompted to log in natively using your X(Twitter) account credentials and perform the authentication.

   
   

    

5. Click the Authorize app button to add your Twitter account. You will be redirected to Sprinklr 

6. The X(Twitter) account will be added automatically.

   
   

    

Important Note: 

To engage with the audience on the Tweets, please ensure you need to enable Allow message requests from everyone from the Settings option of the Twitter account. Go to Settings > Privacy & Safety >Direct Messages under Your X(Twitter Activity)> Allow Messages from Everyone should be checked on the top right side. It will enable people who you don't follow to send you message requests and add you to group conversations. To reply to their messages, you need to accept the request. 

How to Deactivate, Reactivate and Delete a Twitter Account

1. Once you add your X(Twitter) account to Sprinklr platform you can find your account in X(Twitter) Social Settings. Click on Settings and in Sprinklr Social section click on the X(Twitter) icon.

2. Here you can find three dots beside your X(Twitter) account. Click on 'Deactivate'

3. Click on 'Deactivate'. Once after deactivating the status changed to 'Inactive'

4. If you wish to Reactivate your account, then click on 'Activate'

5. If you wish to Delete your Twitter account, then click on 'Delete' from the dropdown.

Click on Delete to delete your X(Twitter) account from Sprinklr platform.
