Facebook Account Deactivation Due Two Factor Authentication

Updated

Sprinklr has detected that multiple accounts have been impacted by the requirement to set up two-factor authentication (2FA) for admins of Facebook accounts. If you have been notified that your account has been deactivated within Sprinklr, please follow these steps to set up 2FA and re-add the accounts within Sprinklr. This will restore the connection to both your Facebook accounts and the associated Instagram accounts. Once you have completed this, Sprinklr operations will be restored.

Note: Only Admins can set up Two Factor Authentication for Facebook Account(s).

  2. Click in the top right corner and select Settings & Privacy.
