Engagement for Instagram

Sprinklr has 4 types of Inbox messages for an Instagram channel where brands can engage with customers. These are Comment, Post, Direct Message, and Mention messages. The brands and the users can share their reactions based on these message types. 

 

Navigate to Instagram Platform messages

  1. Go to the Home page and click the Inbox feature from the left pane.



  2. Now, click the Filter option in the top right corner and click the Instagram option from the Platform filter to view Instagram-only messages. Click Apply. All the Instagram messages will appear on the left stream.



Let's discuss the 4 types of Instagram messages below:


Post: Any new post created by the brand/user along with the image or video. The post can have brand mention also. Actions you can take on Posts:

  • Collaboration

  • Tags

  • Comment

  • Mark as Spam

  • View Details

  • Quick Actions

  • View in Native

  • Add Task




Comments: These are responses to your Brand's published Posts.Sprinklr allows you to take the below actions on Comments:

  • Like

  • Hide

  • Reply

  • Delete

  • Collaboration

  • Tags

  • Mark as Spam

  • Quick Actions

  • View in Native

  • Add Task




Direct Message: These are direct message to your Brand posts/comments/replies.

You can take the below actions on such messages: 

  • Like

  • Hide

  • Reply

  • Delete

  • Collaboration

  • Tags

  • Mark as Spam

  • View Details

  • Quick Actions

  • Add Tasks




Mention: When you tag any brand or user to notify them about any new post created or about anything on your Instagram feed.

You can take the below actions on such messages: 

  • Collaboration

  • Comment

  • Tags

  • Mark as Spam

  • View Details

  • Quick Actions

  • View in Native
